Kinesio Pre-cut packs are really simple to use and apply, but you can replicate the same applications using our Kinesio Tape rolls. You can purchase rolls and pre-cut from our shop. For complex conditions, Kinesio Taping Association International (KTAI) highly recommends that you consult a CKTP (Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner) or a CKTI (Certified Kinesio Taping Instructor).
